Xtreme Gracie Jiu Jitsu was created with the intent to unite its members as a family and have the mat as their second place. Efficiency, Patience and Control is some of the keys to XGJJ which signifies the techniques and philosophy we teach. We train the body, mind and spirit through the highest level of instruction of Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA, Self-Defense and Personal Fitness.
